LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY, PAUL M. HEBERT LAW CENTER seeks to hire adjunct faculty members for the Advanced Trademark Practice course for the 2026-2027 Academic Year.

Course Description:

This course provides a simulation of the experience of a new trademark attorney in a transactional or non-trial practice along with related instruction. The course is organized around a series of writing-intensive practical assignments for a fictional client or clients, which assignments require students to integrate and apply a range of doctrinal, practical, ethical, and other knowledge and skills throughout the semester.

Education requirement:

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Applicants should have superior academic credentials.
