As a Store Cleaning Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting environment for customers and staff. Your responsibilities will include carrying out daily cleaning tasks and assisting in operational processes, all to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all areas of the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, adhering to Kohl's best practices and standards.
• Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe atmosphere.
• Maintain inventory levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, placing orders as necessary and organizing them for easy access.
• Complete required training on chemical usage, equipment handling, and maintenance protocols.
• Conduct routine maintenance on cleaning equipment, following company guidelines.
• Employ Kohl's tools and technologies to effectively communicate and collaborate with the store team.
• Assist the operations team in receiving and processing products, managing stockroom duties, and supporting omni-channel fulfillment as needed.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No prior retail experience necessary.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industries.
