The team in ITS team is managing and overseeing the distribution of dollars, but each HR Coordinator will be responsible for loading the allowance plans for identified staff under their purview. The attached list includes those employees in your unit who are set to receive additional compensation 10/1/2025 - 12/31/2025. Please share this list with your HR Coordinator so that they may add allowance plans for these individuals in Workday using the following parameters by close of business 10/27/2025 so that they are included in October payroll:
