About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Learning Innovation to lead the development and management of training programs that align with industry standards and the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the content development of new programs, as well as the periodic review and updates of existing programs. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the effective implementation of training programs and identifying new training technologies to enhance the learning experience. The VP will also be involved in instructor management, including the hiring, training, and evaluation of instructors, and will represent the organization in industry events and organizations. Applicants for the VP of Learning Innovation position at the company should have a Master's degree in instructional or educational technology, with a preference for a Ph.D. in a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in instructional or educational technology, project management, and a proven track record of successful leadership are required. The role demands a candidate with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to create and execute a departmental vision. The VP will be expected to have a deep understanding of the financial impact of new programs and strategies and to be adept at negotiating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The position is pivotal in ensuring that the organization's training programs are of the highest quality, engaging, and effective in meeting the needs of the workforce.
