Our client, a leading organization in administrative support and office management, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the administrative support department supporting team leads and office staff. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant II
Location: Port Allen, LA
Pay Range: $29.57/hr
Shift: Days (07:00-3:30)
What's the Job?
Provide administrative support to a department or individual, including typing, filing, and answering phones
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate conferences
Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring smooth daily operations
Assist with record keeping, data entry, and report generation
Support team members with travel arrangements and transaction reconciliation using SAP
What's Needed?
1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative support roles
Proficiency with SAP for timekeeping, financials, and payables tracking
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems
