Previous healthcare experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, Basic EMT Certification, Military Medic experience, or nursing student with completion of fundamental clinicals preferred

Support patient care delivery under the supervision of a registered nurse, improving the quality of life for patients and families by assisting with clinical and clerical responsibilities.
Take and document vital signs, monitor intake/output, and report condition changes
Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, and daily needs
Aid with specimen collection, safe waste disposal, and medication transport per policy
Participate in emergency response and maintain a clean, safe care environment
Support the RN in implementing the plan of care and coordinating with support services
Provide emotional support and participate in patient/family education and discharge planning
Fulfill clerical tasks including answering calls, visitor assistance, order notifications, and supply management
Ensure accurate documentation and charge tracking, and support communication across the care team
