Job Description
Responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate and complete medical records in a secure manner to make readily available to authorized individuals. Responsible for accessing all medical records needed in an efficient manner; ensuring all patient records are filed in the chart in accordance to the policy and all records are filed back timely. Responsible for covering in clinic (i.e. check-in/out) when additional help is needed. Occupational Service Rep I will also be certified in drug screen collections and certified on the breath alcohol equipment and will participate in off site projects.
Responsibilities Qualifications
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 1 year in a medical clinic or related field Previous billing experience
* Must be eligible for and become certified within six (6) months of employment for DOTD Drug Screens and Breath Alcohol Screening.
