Responsible for scheduling, assigning, managing, monitoring, and training of distribution operators. JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure assigned work within the distribution results in safe, reliable and customer centric outcomes. Work with distribution operations centers to develop and deliver on-the-job and simulator training developing operator proficiencies and enabling personnel to effectively carry out the necessary tasks for safe and reliable operation of the distribution system. Provide leadership within the workgroup including mentoring others and aiding to ensure their job performance in all tasks. Promote and ensure a safe work environment including use of Human Performance tools. Work emergency or storm restoration in assigned area and in other areas as needed. Work with external and internal stakeholders. Assume Supervisor's duties for a short time in his/her absence. Review outage information accuracy in ADMS OMS/ DMS.
