About this Job The Division of Administration/ Office of State Building has a vacancy. This job title has an assigned pay grade of WS-213. The Office of State Buildings is responsible for the operations and maintenance of over 41 State buildings. This position performs highly skilled machining and overhaul work by fabricating new and repairing existing metal parts for mechanical and electrical equipment and to dismantle and reassemble equipment to exacting tolerances to insure reliability of operation. The Division of Administration is the state governments management arm and the hub of its financial operations. Division offices perform a wide variety of activities including the following:Overseeing the states capital construction program.
