The Reseller and Direct-to-Customer Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing order fulfillment operations within the Marucci Geismar Distribution Center. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of reseller and e-commerce customer orders, efficient outbound logistics, and smooth coordination across warehouse teams to support overall distribution goals. Position Responsibilities:Manage daily order fulfillment for reseller accounts and direct-to-customer channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with service-level requirements. Manage packing, labeling, and shipping process to ensure quality and timely delivery. Coordinate outbound logistics to align schedules and resolve shipping issues. Partner with sales and customer service teams to support reseller requirements and resolve order-related inquiries.
