The Pre-Development Engineer is responsible for providing, estimating, administrative and contracting support for the Asset Management team during the development and on-boarding of Eaa. S projects. Responsibilities - Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Estimate generation support - Vendor and sub-contractor interface - Asset inventory selection, database and review in estimating software - Assist in the Assembly of estimate and scope to the modeling team for incorporation - Communicating with internal development teams to confirm scope alignment. - Create, Maintain and Expand company database of O&M services. - Open New Eaa. S Project Folder Structure and Maintain Pre-Development File Folders. - Open & Maintain Pre-Development Work Orders. - Maintain Pre-Development Eaa.
