Job Details

Lead the development and execution of project and turnaround control frameworks, setting budgets, enforcing standards, and ensuring cost and schedule alignment to targets. Analyze cost and schedule variance, identify risks, drive mitigations, and mentor site/project controls teams to strengthen decision-making and overall event performance. Develop, maintain, and report on resource-loaded schedules and cost models, providing actionable insights for senior executives and site leaders. Oversee the integration and automation of controls data across SAP, Primavera, and other platforms; advance digital solutions and analytics to support real-time decisions. Own and update project and turnaround controls manuals, drive adoption of AACEs 'Six Elements of Project Controls,' and lead regular risk and change governance activities.
