Job Details

Primary Purpose: Responsible for the planning, estimating, scheduling, and coordinating Static Equipment maintenance work orders. Ensure all jobs are planned and include Process Safety Management (PSM) and safety standards. Review Requests for Work Estimate the material required. Develop Weekly Schedule Ensuring that all resources are available Track open work backlogs. Track status of work order to completion/closure Maintain work plan file by equipment. Works with engineering and reliability departments as required to ensure technically sound job plans. Work with QC dept. to ensure correct welding, flange make-up, insulation, and paint QC documentation applied to job plans. Assemble job boxes with parts, special tools, and work instructions. Develop and update standard job plans (Asset Activities) for repeat routine jobs. Develop project plans for large jobs and coordinate implementation with multiple contractor companies.
