In this role, you will serve as team leader of members in the production area to achieve production and delivery objectives. Responsible for coordinating the activities of machine operators, assist in promoting a safe and productive work environment to meet and exceed production department goals and objectives, running a laser/ink jet machine, labeling and packaging products while maintaining quality and safety standards. Ensures that Safety culture is embedded in the day-to-day work as a first priority. Responsible for ensuring that production of scheduled orders, labeling and packaging operations are completed efficiently, safely, and that the product conforms to quality standards. Ensures that all production workstations tasks are being performed in an efficient manner on a timely basis with the desired quality.
