Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machinery and a strong understanding of programming and materials handling.
Duties:· Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes and press brake machines· Program machinery using SolidWorks or similar software· Handle materials efficiently and safely in the warehouse· Utilize precision tools like micrometers and calipers for quality control· Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning· Perform routine maintenance on equipment· Work with logic controllers to adjust machine settingsExperience:· Experience with Anglematic and/or Python X machine· Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role· Proficiency in programming CNC machines· Familiarity with materials handling procedures in a warehouse setting· Knowledge of SolidWorks or related software for programming· Ability to use precision tools like micrometers and calipers
