Were looking for a skilled Maintenance Turnover Tech who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality repairs, and is motivated to help us keep our properties safe, functional, and move-in ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect vacant units and assess work that needs to be completed.
  • Perform general maintenance and repair work on any identified issues.
  • Ensure all appliances are in good working order.
  • Handle all necessary painting repairs-including drywall repair
  • Collaborate with team to ensure all aspects of the turnover process are completed efficiently and within the required timeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, materials used and time spent on each task.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Current license and vehicle insurance is required.
  • Solid knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, drywall repair, and painting.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in physically demanding positions for extended periods.
  • Professional, prompt, and courteous communication with tenants, team members, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
