Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Diesel Mechanic for a company based in Baton Rouge, LA. Pay Rate $30-$40 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Diesel Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities - Inspect vehicles for safety requirements - Understand and use basic tools, including hand tools and air tools, to perform repairs or modifications on diesel vehicles. - Respond to service calls - Work on equipment that requires preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and repairs - Ensure proper and accurate documentation of all maintenance performed, completes reports in writing and electronically.
