About Block Advisors: We have redefined tax preparation for individuals and small businesses with complex needs. As part of our dedicated team, you will support clients year-round in achieving their financial goals.

Your Role:

As a Tax Advisor at Block Advisors, you'll create lasting relationships with clients while providing essential tax services throughout the year. You will receive expert training and support to help you excel in conducting tax preparations, offering audit support, and guiding tax planning procedures.

Responsibilities Include:

• Building year-round relationships with clients.
• Providing thorough tax preparation and planning services.
• Conducting insightful tax interviews in person and through virtual platforms.
• Driving business growth while enhancing client retention.
• Offering IRS support services, including audit representation (for certified professionals).
• Expanding your tax expertise through ongoing education.
• Meeting all IRS and state requirements.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Experience with individual tax returns.
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and virtually.
• Familiarity with virtual communication tools.
• Success in a dynamic, supportive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience with business tax returns.
• Conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Sales and marketing knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
