Job Details

Include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems. This position is issued a company paid cell phone, which requires you to answer and reply to all phone calls, text messages, and emails in a timely manner. It is also required that subordinates are given your number and are able to reach you utilizing this cell phone. Maintain safe, secure, and sanitary working conditions and leave work area in a clean and orderly fashion. Abides by all ASMGLOBALS policies in the Human Resources Policies and Procedures Manual, the Business Code of Conduct, and the Cash Handling Procedures. Other duties as assigned.
