Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Electrician to join our growing team serving the Greater Baton Rouge area. This is more than just another job - it's an opportunity to be part of an electrician-led company that prioritizes quality work, integrity, and real career development.

As a Service Electrician, you'll handle residential and light commercial service calls, providing expert-level electrical diagnostics, repairs, and installations. You'll work independently in the field, supported by a leadership team that respects your voice, values your input, and is committed to your long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for residential and light commercial clients
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, offering good/better/best service options (training provided)
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites at all times
• Use mobile software and tools to document service calls and streamline workflow
• Represent the company's values through integrity, technical excellence, and a customer-first mindset

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical service work (residential or commercial)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Clean, professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and be accountable in the field
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
