We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead key initiatives in our OCI Security Platform team. Design, develop, and implement programs that leverage new features and emerging technologies to proactively mitigate or remediate security risks. Drive company-wide adoption of innovative security solutions, working cross-functionally to ensure that new processes and technologies address evolving threat landscapes and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and excellent communicator who can prioritize appropriately, drive clarity, and work well with people at all levels. You are highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working across a variety of teams to identify and implement the right mechanisms to deliver on the vision of our future state.

Must have qualifications:

  • 10+ years leading large cross-functional technical programs
  • 15+ years of experience in program/project management, release management, or related field
  • Proficient in leading large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives using agile or traditional methodologies
  • Proficient in project reporting, with a focus on fostering interdepartmental communication
  • Skilled at driving organizational change and adoption of new tools or processes
  • Excellent ability to communicate complex security topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills; capable of assessing risks, designing mitigation strategies, and measuring outcomes
  • Ability to evaluate emerging technologies/tools (e.g., identity management, encryption, cloud security) and understand their impact on security posture

Program management:

  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles, driving adoption, or customer success programs
  • Experience working with a large number of diverse services or clients is highly desirable
  • Creative problem-solving mindset to tackle adoption challenges
  • Strong leadership qualities to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously
  • Proficiency in creating project plans, setting milestones, and managing resources
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and services
  • Familiarity with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and data analysis techniques

Drive Executive Initiatives & Communications:

  • Lead critical executive programs and initiatives (e.g., improving organizational operations, modernizations, automation, efficiency, culture and inclusion)
  • Establish frameworks for new programs, kick-start initiatives, and set teams up for success
  • Provide interim leadership and support for resource gaps until positions are filled
  • Manage communications for VP-level sponsorships, events, customer engagements, PR activities, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the organization, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and ensuring effective communication
  • Manage risks and issues, paths to green, and delivery planning for program
  • Facilitate and drive technical discussions across multiple teams, leading to buy-in and alignment across teams and up through leadership
  • Collaborate with and work across multiple teams to define and rollout best practices
  • Work with partner teams outside our organization and externally with Oracle

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:
