Position Summary
Join our telehealth team as a Licensed Therapist supporting clients across California. This position gives you the opportunity to work from home while helping individuals overcome challenges and strengthen their emotional well-being.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
• Full benefits package

Responsibilities

• Lead secure video therapy sessions for diverse clients
• Create treatment plans and update as needed
• Collaborate virtually with other clinicians to ensure client success
• Complete thorough and compliant documentation
• Engage in professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field
• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• Two or more years of therapy experience
• Ability to manage telehealth technology effectively
