The Director of Human Resources directs and coordinates the human resource functions which include recruitment, selection, placement, transfer, evaluation, discipline, and dismissal procedures in accordance with Board policies, federal, state and judicial mandates. Assists the Chief Officer for Human Resource in the dissemination, interpretation, and administration of approved personnel policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Directs the staffing of elementary and secondary schools and the placement of classified personnel in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
