About this Job - - This position is located in Baton Rouge, LA - - Office of Federal Support & Grantee Relations. Job Focus Areas:This Education Program Consultant 3 is located within the Office of Federal Support and Grantee Relations Statewide Monitoring and reports to a classified Education Program Consultant 5-A. This position leads on-site and desk monitoring reviews of federal and state education requirements as implemented by school systems. This position is responsible for leading the Title I Comparability reviews submitted each year by school systems. This position makes recommendations to the supervisor and assists in the development of reports related to monitoring functions. This position must be knowledgeable in CLSD, ESEA/ Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) programs, Perkins, and the budget review process.
