SUMMARY

Supports business operations and strategic objectives by analyzing, designing, and enhancing technology solutions, with a strong focus on automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and data-driven decision-making. Works closely with departments to identify process improvement opportunities, implement intelligent systems, and manage project lifecycles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the supervisor to establish business and technology priorities in line with corporate goals.
• Identifies areas where automation and AI can streamline operations or improve decision-making; collaborates with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
• Conducts detailed business analysis to support strategic initiatives and system enhancements.
• Develops project documentation, including requirements, scope, timeline, and functional specifications.
• Writes and maintains queries to extract datasets for analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Create dashboards and ad-hoc reports to support Sales, Marketing, Audit, and Executive teams.
• Analyzes game and promotional performance data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Supports cross-departmental initiatives, including the implementation of AI tools (chatbots, predictive models, etc.).
• Evaluates current systems and recommends software and data enhancements.
• Performs other duties within the scope of the job assignment as required or requested by supervisor.
