About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary President to spearhead its next phase of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and leading the strategic direction of the business, ensuring alignment with the vision of the Trilon Platform. This role demands a leader with a strong background in engineering or science-based organizations, particularly those offering diverse services such as environmental, facilities, transportation, and water. The President will be tasked with driving the company's performance, exceeding financial targets, and maintaining a culture of high engagement and client-centric values. Key responsibilities include fiscal management, business development, and serving as a champion for the company's culture and values, including a focus on social and environmental responsibility.

Candidates for the President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree in a technical discipline, business administration, or law preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership role within a relevant industry is required, along with a proven track record of business success and experience in Add-On M&A. The ideal candidate will possess excellent managerial and financial skills, superlative communication abilities, and a strong background in strategic thinking and problem-solving.
