Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring a clean kitchen environment.
• Assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness by sanitizing equipment, workstations, and dining areas.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to create a safe and healthy work environment.
• Dispose of waste responsibly and recycle materials as necessary.
• Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, ensuring a top-notch customer service experience.
• Perform additional tasks as directed to support kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen roles is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
• Compliance with current COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and work on your feet for extensive periods.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required based on State / County law.
• Must be able to perform routine tasks consistently.
• Capable of working in an environment with food and cleaning products.
• Residency within the service area is required.
