Join our team supporting Louisiana Medicaid operations, where youll play a key role in driving efficiency and service quality. In this role, youll document business requirements, map critical processes, and use data insights to improve performance, ensure SLA compliance, and align labor capacity with operational demand. Your role in our mission Gather, validate, and document business requirements while maintaining clear traceability. Map and model processes across multiple operational areas, including Call Center, Provider Enrollment, and Prior Authorizations. Support labor demand forecasting, capacity planning, and SLA management. Develop and maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and heat maps. Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to quality and process improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma).
