Job Details

May Include:Ensure daily successful operational coordination of all facility activities by gathering and distributing event information from Event Coordinators, Food Service, Management, and other Operational Managers to all Operations Staff. Supervision and Setting-up and removing event layouts, which may include moving chairs, walls, barricades, staging, tables, other furnishings and equipment. Monitor and make recommendations to the Senior Operations Manager / Assistant Director of Operations / Conversion Manager that events have the appropriate staffing numbers scheduled. Coordinate service needs for building and event and conversions operational needs. Performs physical labor including carrying, lifting, and assembly event items. Loading/unloading delivery trucks, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal area and replenishing supplies. Perform light maintenance repairs to event setup and cleaning equipment using hand and power tools.
