In this key role, you'll provide high-level administrative and project coordination support, help manage systems and workflows, and ensure smooth department operations.

What You'll Do

Provide administrative support to IS leadership and staff, including scheduling, document preparation, and travel arrangements.

Maintain accurate records, organize department files, and manage supply inventory.

Support timekeeping and payroll processes using systems like Kronos.

Create, format, and proof complex documents, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.

Assist in performance improvement initiatives, cost-saving practices, and department compliance efforts.

Ensure adherence to safety, privacy, and HIPAA regulations.

What You Bring

3+ years of administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in an IS or healthcare setting.

Post-high school education or vocational training in office administration preferred.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database/reporting tools.

Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills.

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to support a fast-paced team.
