• Lead daily operations to keep the salon clean, upbeat, and running smoothly

• Hire, train, and inspire your team to hit goals and deliver amazing service

• Drive membership growth and sales with smart strategy and team motivation

• Manage scheduling, cash handling, and admin tasks like a pro

• Build a fun, loyal customer base by creating standout experiences

• Promote the brand through events and local outreach

Who You Are:

• You've got 23 years of management experience in retail or restaurants

• You know how to lead a team and drive results - even on the busiest days

• You care about great customer service and creating a positive vibe

• You're organized, dependable, and ready to grow
