We are currently hiring a dependable and hardworking Shipping Helper for a warehouse facility located in Baton Rouge. This position plays a key role in supporting daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential-we are looking for individuals who can consistently show up on time and work full scheduled shifts without issue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pull, and package orders accurately based on instructions
• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Handle products of various sizes and weights (with help when needed)
• Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and organized
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse tools as needed
• Use basic measurement tools (e.g., tape measure) for packaging and inventory
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse or shipping experience
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to read and follow basic measurements
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable transportation and a strong attendance record
