About this Job This is a full-time position located at the State Library in Baton Rouge, LA. This position functions as an assistant administrator within the Recorder of Documents Office in the Louisiana Collection. Under the supervision of a Library Manager 1, the incumbent performs highly specialized technical tasks by organizing and managing government documents through the Louisiana Public Document Depository Program (LPDDP), a statewide program mandated by law. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of the operation of the LPDDP and includes processing of official state publications in all formats, demonstrating skill with word processing, internal database management, spreadsheet software, and digital file management to perform complex operations.
