Marucci Sports is looking for a Warehouse Lead in Geismar, Louisiana! You will be responsible for the efficient flow of products for assigned buildings. We're looking for a motivated individual who understands the industry's best practices and can apply them to every aspect of their work. Position Responsibilities:Lead the daily activities of the department they are assigned to under the direction of the department manager. Ensure hourly associates within the department remain on task. Train new hourly associates within the facility on proper operating procedures of the department they are assigned to. Coordinates and assists managers and other warehouse leads with receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, cycle counting, and shipping operations.
