ASM Global has immediate openings for a full-time Operations Staff Supervisor at the Raising Cane's River Center. This labor-intensive role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking full-time employment with non-standard hours.

The successful candidate should be a team player willing to contribute to the effort required to host major entertainment events at a large facility. The operations team and its supervisor play a critical role in preparing the venue for various events, including concerts, trade shows, ceremonies, or banquets.

The main responsibility involves assisting the operations manager with supervising and participating in heavy labor and various duties to ensure smooth daily operations of the facility. Other responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating daily facility activities by gathering and distributing event information from Event Coordinators, Food Service, Management, and other Operational Managers to all Operations Staff.
• Supervising and setting up/removing event layouts, including moving chairs, walls, barricades, staging, tables, and other furnishings and equipment.
• Monitoring and recommending staffing levels for events to the Senior Operations Manager / Assistant Director of Operations / Conversion Manager.
• Coordinating service needs for building and event operations and conversions.
• Performing physical labor such as carrying, lifting, and assembling event items.
• Loading/unloading trucks, transporting waste, and replenishing supplies.
• Performing light maintenance and repairs using hand and power tools.
• Operating forklifts, scissor lifts, vertical and boom lifts, and other motorized vehicles properly.
• Handling specialized facility tools under supervision.
• Performing minor housekeeping or cleaning duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

The requirements for this position include:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 to 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to climb stairs and push/pull heavy objects.
