Position Overview
Lead commercial strategy for a large-scale industrial site, driving tenant acquisition and long-term growth through data-driven marketing, targeted outreach, and cross-functional collaboration. This role combines strategic planning, business development, and market intelligence to position the site as a premier location for industrial tenants. Proven experience in industrial real estate and related sectors is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and business development strategies to attract and secure new tenants.
- Identify and activate growth opportunities through market analysis, value chain synergies, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, current tenants, and external partners to enhance site value and operational integration.
- Create compelling messaging and materials to promote site advantages and support economic development initiatives.
- Use performance data and market insights to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing, business development, or commercial strategy within industrial sectors.
- Strong track record in tenant acquisition, industrial real estate, or related asset development.
- Skilled in strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
