In this position, you'll work alongside our Production department to perform clerical and administrative tasks in order to drive company success. We want you to climb the ladder with us so ask about the opportunities for growth at Window World!ResponsibilitiesPrioritize, plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in a timely and cost-effective mannerDevelop a production plan and schedule to ensure continuous operations Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and specifications promptly and professionallySupport the production department in the scheduling and management of window installationsEnsure scheduled installs are being completed in a timely manner and troubleshoot any installation delaysProvide recommendations for improvements on various production processes and proceduresOversee clerical tasks including, but not limited to, answering incoming phone calls, making outbound phone calls, keeping an inventory of office supplies, and ordering new materialsQualifications1+ years experience in office administration or related fieldsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent Exceeds in conflict resolution, time management, and adaptability Capability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail, organizational, and critical thinking skills Ability to work in-person during office hours: Addresses BelowBenefits Job Type: HourlyPaid weekly!401k with matching contributions!
