Your Responsibilities Include:

• Welcoming customers with a friendly greeting and assisting them with product selections.
• Efficiently operating the cash register, scanning items, and processing various payment methods.
• Meeting personal sales goals, including credit and loyalty programs, to contribute to team success.
• Assisting with inventory processes to maintain accurate stock levels and merchandise organization.
• Helping train and onboard new team members while adhering to Kohl's brand standards.
• Participating in daily operational tasks such as cash balancing and supply replenishment.

• Visual ability to check information and locate merchandise.
