WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

The piping designer will be responsible for creating detailed designs and layouts for piping systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

• CAD design of basic equipment layouts and piping routings that adhere to codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate work with other lead designers assigned to the project.
• Ensure discipline leads have the correct project standards and checklists.
• Maintain and update the overall 3D model as required.
• Prepare engineering drawings and documentation.
• Participate in meetings with clients as requested by the Project Manager.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D for seamless integration with existing design workflows.
• Experience with Revit is advantageous.
• Pipe support design experience for comprehensive piping system support.
• Associates Degree in Drafting or Design.
• Hands-on experience in developing equipment and facility layouts, preparing 3D piping models, orthographic drawings, isometrics, bill of materials, and designing piping supports.
