Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Account Representative to manage and nurture client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support account management processes. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
• Monitor account performance and usage trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support the onboarding process for new clients and provide necessary training or guidance
• Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
