Laborer - Carpentry Experience Preferred (Project-Based)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch at noon)
Employment Type: Project-Based/As Needed (not full-time or long-term)

Description:
Cabildo Staffing is hiring Laborers with prior experience working in carpentry environments to assist with maintenance projects on a campus setting. This position supports skilled tradespeople and helps maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters with routing maintenance work
• Handle site preparation and material handling
• Remove debris, discarded materials, cans, and rags from the job site at the end of each workday
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned in a carpentry setting

• Previous experience working in a carpentry or construction setting
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Uniform shirts provided by Cabildo Staffing
• Parking passes will be arranged for campus access
• Project-based schedule; work is not guaranteed every day but scheduled based on project needs
