The Customer Service Representative is the face of Aetna and impacts members service by handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Customer inquiries are basic and at times complex nature. CSR engages and understanding while using tools and resources to help guide the members along a clear path to care. Required Qualifications. Must reside in the state of Louisiana ( Baton Rouge area) and Texas ( San Antonio area).1 years of Customer Service experience in a transaction- based environment such as a call center or retail location.
