The Onsite Project Manager will:Direct and oversee all project phases, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance. Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial targets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and teamwork to achieve project goals. Develop and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. . The Successful Applicant. The successful Construction Project Manager will have:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field. At least 5 years of Commercial Project Management experience. Have experience with larger projects, ground-up preferred.
