Assists in defining and documenting business functions and processes. Assists with operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Studies current system practices and designing modifications in an effort to improve outcomes. Assists in analyzing the integration of business functions with technology. Builds a working knowledge of accounting, procurement, and finance or contract management. Assists with business case development and business process reengineering. May consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements. Assists in conducting cost-benefit analysis. Assists with project work plans, project timelines, RPI and RFPs. Other tasks as assigned.
