Westaff is hiring several top notch Call Center Reps for an

exciting new center coming to Mid City!

Job overview: Answer guest calls, input correct information, and escalate to manager/ correct department

• Call center customer service
• Exceptional communication and grammar skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Participate in regular meetings with manager
• Ensure compliance with data protection rules and other legal regulations
• Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction
• Prioritize work orders (lean on supervisor for guidance)
• Follow up on calls, work orders and other items
• Be a problem solver, always looking for solutions
• Scope of work may change as this is a new program
