Required Skills & Required Experience B. S. or MS Degree in Civil/ Environmental Engineering (or related engineering field), with emphasis in water resources .0 years' water resources-related experience. Develop strong client relationships in a Project Manager and Client Manager role. Candidate should be able to perform engineering analysis; develop preliminary and detailed designs of stormwater facilities; and write specifications and construction documents. Progressive experience conducting business development and/or project delivery for stormwater and resilience projects in coastal and interior drainage communities, including Stormwater Pump Stations, flood control channels and tide gates is a plus. Dam Safety and design experience is a plus. Knowledge and Experience with USACE Civil Works projects is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of hydrology and open channel hydraulics.
