Manages and coordinates the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) Emergency Operations Center (EOC) efforts for the Bureau of Community Preparedness (BCP)Works with members of the Emergency Response team, as well as other organizational units and leadership to coordinate LDHs response to both man-made and natural disasters. Oversees daily activities of all emergency response operations, activities, and issues to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance in accordance with all applicable regulations and LDH policies, practices, and procedures regarding an emergency response. Responsible for supply chain management, resource/asset mobilization, expenditure tracking, documenting, monitoring and reporting. Coordinates external disaster and crisis response.
