U Director, Enrollment Operations Under the direction of the Vice President of Enrollment Management, the Director of Enrollment Operations will serve on the Enrollment Leadership Team and manage the daily operations of the Enrollment Division which includes administration of our Constituent Relationship Manager (CRM), Technolutions Slate, in accordance with complete data integrity with our Student Information System (SIS), Ellucian Colleague. The Director of Enrollment Operations will be responsible for training and supervision of data entry and application review, processing and completing communication flow communications, preparing, and sending bulk communications, and reporting and tracking of Admissions funnel.
