Part-Time Van Driver Schedule: Monday - Friday 1 pm - 7 pm, On-Call every other weekend Sage Rehabilitation Inpatient & Outpatient facilities is seeking a Part-Time Van Driver - Transportation Team Member to safely transport patients to and from various medical appointments to include hospital admissions, doctors' appointments and various other medically related visit types. Qualifications: Current, unrestricted Louisiana Driver s License. Current, unrestricted Chauffeur's License in the State of Louisiana Current CPR certification Previous CNA experience in a hospital preferred Job Duties: Provides safe patient transportation to and from the Inpatient, Outpatient, Wound Care facilities as scheduled in company provided van Maintains communication with facility staff regarding schedule and location throughout the day.
