Lead, mentor, and manage a team of industrial hygienists and technicians. Oversee and conduct comprehensive assessments for asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and other occupational/environmental hazards. Develop and implement sampling strategies, exposure assessments, and risk evaluations. Review and approve technical reports, abatement plans, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, HUD, and other applicable regulations. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies on project requirements and timelines. Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices and regulatory updates. Assist in business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
